Only From A "Good Place "

Self Affirmations

One of the most important things that I can do in life is to put myself in a "Good Place", as often as possible throughout my life. The idea of a "Good Place", can mean a variety things, but in this case, it means physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy. It also means to live in a state of mindfulness, inner-peace, and harmony. A person can feel when they are in a "Good Place", and their attitude and zest for life reflects their health and wellness.

To help me to remember and focus on what's truly important to me in life, I recite affirmations. Reciting affirmations in the present tense transforms me into a peaceful state of mindfulness.

Self-affirmations won't change my reality or take away my problems, but it does remind, motivate, and inspire me to live my life in a particular and unique way. Affirmations are a great mental exercise, a tool, that I can use in combination with other tools to help me remember and focus on what's critical, and to discard everything else.

Here is a list of meaningful affirmation statements that I read out loud whenever I feel a need to return to a healthy state of mind. For most people, that's twice a day. Before going to sleep, and after waking up.
