Living a healthy lifestyle is something we all aspire to attain. It’s difficult, however, to reach and sustain a healthy lifestyle with our life being full of pressures and stressors that constantly bombarded us with obstacles.
In reality, living a healthy lifestyleis determined by different factors for each person. It’s in our best interest to continually do things to help ourselves, but that’s easier said than done. Most of us are unable to do helpful things on a consistent basis, but surely, we can do small, and often bigger things throughout the day that can help us. Even small changes in your attitude, behavior and lifestyle can promote good physical, mental/emotional and spiritual health, especially when maintainedthrough well-balanced aspects of life-wellness.
To achieve wellness, a person must first put effort into balancing and caring for each of the three core aspects of one's life-wellness: mind, body and spirit. The results are an overall feeling of health.
Once a relatively healthy level of core life-wellness is achieved, we can then start to include other aspects of life-wellness that are needed to achieve a high level of overall wellness and well-being.
Achieving a high level of wellness is about striving for balance and harmony between and within each aspect of life-wellness. An imbalance in one aspect has a direct and negative impact on the other aspects. For instance, some people are financially rich but health poor or socially isolated thereby making it extremely difficult to achieve a complete and full life.
Each aspect of life-wellness is interconnected and dynamically affects the others. Therefore, applying time, effort and care into each aspect of life-wellness will help promote the best well-rounded, well-balanced results. Achieving a healthy state of life-wellness is an active, ongoing, dynamic process of awareness, choice, and balance throughout one's life.

Self-discipline, willpower, and emotional control go hand-in-hand. You need willpower and emotional control to have self-discipline. Achieving self-discipline is about maintaining control or consistency of small things that pave the way for bigger things.
Yes, all pain is in the brain. The brain is the control center and pain is like a complicated alarm system that is set to protect you and tell you when something needs attention. Without pain, we may not realize that there is a problem needing attention. The brain’s job is to analyze all the information it receives from all of our senses and determines what kind of pain to give, how much pain to give, or whether or not to give us pain at all.
The amount of pain we experience is unrelated to the severity of the injury.
Express gratitude and count your blessings each and every day. Start by making a list of all the things to be grateful for in your life. Review the list daily and you'll start to feel grateful and thankful about the good things and lose focus of your problems and what you don't have. Express gratitude for everything you've have now and for the accomplishments of those goals and desires yet to come.

Scientists have shown us through quantum physics, that everything at a subatomic level is pure energy. Energy is the building block of all matter, regardless of what the matter is. The main difference that distinguishes things apart from each other is how fast or how slow the energy matter is vibrating. Take energy away from water by cooling it and its vibration rate slows down until it becomes solid matter (ice), but if you add heat (energy) to water, you speed up its vibration rate and it changes to steam.
